Self-Love Restorative Yoga

Lisa has recorded a Self-Love restorative practice for you to use to properly honor your first Valentine - yourself.

Don’t seek, don’t search, don’t ask, don’t knock, don’t demand. Once you relax, you will find yourself.
If you relax, you start vibing with the only thing that matters – your being, your body.

Donation-based, 60 min practice

Ritual Release of 2021

Join us for a collective virtual experience as we transition to a new year. You will be guided through light breathwork + meditation before you are invited to release what you intend to leave behind in 2021 and what would like to manifest for yourself in 2022. Ritual Release: you may release things such as old patterns, limiting beliefs or hurtful memories tied to past experiences or relationships. Manifest Magic: you may manifest things such as new ways of thinking, more adaptive beliefs or set intentions related to your dreams + aspirations.

Side effects may include: shifted perspective, clarity of purpose and an increased sense of grounded interconnectedness.

What you’ll need:
Paper or journal
Favorite set of “school supplies”
Authentic heart + open mind
Items of your choosing such as candles or incense (anything to make your space more sacred)

What to expect:
This is a 90-minute, donation-based practice. Participants will listen, journal and share (if called to do so). Subtle-Arts will hold space and conduct a physical ritual of release on behalf of all participants.
